Update... What I'm Working On

I just finished up two orders over the weekend, and now I'm working on a third! We are full swing into "Wedding Season" and I'm having so much fun working with all of these lovely brides to create their wedding stationery.

I did these modern wedding invitations for a bride and groom tieing the knot this September...

And these love bird programs are for Dani and Adam who will be renewing their vows. Congrats to the two of you, how fun!

Here is what I'm working on now... royal blue for a beautiful royal look. These programs are again a definate favorite of brides. Good luck to Jennifer and Alan!

Programs for a Romantic Beach Wedding

I sent these beachy-themed ceremony programs off to Alabama earlier this week. The raffia added in with the satin ribbon made them a perfect addition for this bride's wedding. Good luck Amy and Clay!!

Holly & Tim's Wedding - New Buffalo, MI - 5.21.11

Congrats Holly and Tim!! I had the wonderful pleasure of spending a weekend in New Buffalo, MI to coordinate a really fun wedding. Holly and Tim were so great to work with and super nice people. They began saying their "I Do's" at a cozy little church in Three Oakes. I snapped a couple pictures of the pew bows there at Saint Mary of the Assumption. The bride's aunt made these and I was so impressed... love them!

After the rehearsal I went back down to New Buffalo and ate at The Stray Dog Bar & Grill. This was such a fun place to eat, had wonderful food, and was right on the water.

Holly and Tim's reception was beautiful! It was held at the Long Beach Country Club in Michigan City, IN. Really great food here too! A lovely place for the photographer to capture some great photos. Lee, with George Street Photo & Video in Chicago, was a great vendor to work with.

Holly, the bride herself, put these centerpieces together. Again, super impressed! They looked so great, and what a cool idea. The florist who delivered the flowers seen here was Wright's Flowers & Gifts in Michigan City. Their work was wonderful.

Of course, to pull off a great reception that the guests will remember long after they leave lies a lot on a successful DJ. Joe from Monastero Entertainment traveled in from Chicago. One word for them: Success! What a great DJ - very entertaining, professional, and a pleasure to work beside.

At the end of the weekend the bride and groom, their family, and all of my fellow wedding vendors pulled off a beautiful event. It was a memorable time, and again a pleasure. Congrats Holly and Tim!

My Favorite Find

This is my newest Favorite Find from Martha Stewart Weddings. Brides are always looking for ways to vamp up their ceremony decor without having to do tons and tons of flowers. This is such a unique idea, and adds a ton of character! I love it.
